We make our bouquets fresh every morning and hand deliver between 12pm-6:30pm

Sender + Recipient will receive delivery updates via text/email

We are not able to accommodate specific timed requests for daily deliveries

Residential and Office Buildings must have a concierge to accept delivery

Same-Day Delivery Details

Same-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm

Guests will have an option to leave a card message after adding delivery details at checkout. You will see confirmation of your card message in your confirmation email, generated after purchase.

If you are not happy with your order, please reach out within 24hrs of your delivery so we can quickly correct the situation. We do not issue refunds but we are happy to provide a new bouquet or credit with our shop if necessary.

  • Our team will do everything in our power to ensure the delivery is made fresh and to the correct location. 
  • We will text notification, of the expected delivery, to the Sender and the Recipient on the delivery date. 
  • We will always leave the gift on the doorstep, in a safe and shady spot, if the Recipient is not available to accept.
  • Finally, we will text notification to both parties once the delivery has been made. An image will be included if possible.
